SHIPPING INFORMATION
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to size and weight, larger prints shipped to remote countries may cost more to ship.
Greeting cards and invitations shipping rate is included in the price.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Two Doves Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide. Items are printed and shipped in/from UK, Netherlands, Germany, US, Canada, Australia based on your delivery location.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time is usually 7-14 business days after the order is shipped. It may take longer for international shipping due to customs processing.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of some products up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see Returns Policy for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hey@twodovesstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
